4 TBSP bread crumbs
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp vegetable oil

1.  In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder & Worcestershire sauce.  Form into 4 patties.

2.  Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Fry the patties and onion in the oil until patties are nicely browned about 4 minutes per side.  Remove the patties to a plate and keep warm.

3.  Sprinkle flour over the onin and drippings in the skillet.  Stir flour with a fork or whisk, scraping bits of  beef off of the bottom as you stir.  Gradually mix in beef broth.  Season with seasoned salt.  simmer and stir over medium low heat for about 5 minutes until gravy thickens.  Turn heat to low and return patties to the gravy, cover and simmer another 10-15 minutes.
