Crock Pot Macaroni & Cheese

12 oz. Macaroni, boiled as directed on package
1/4 cup butter, cut into chunks
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp oil
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 lb. velveeta cut in chunks

Lightly grease crock pot, toss macaroni in oil add and 1/4 c. butter chunks. Add remaining ingredients.  Stir and cook 3hrs. on low or 1 hr. on high.
