1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 green pepper, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans (French style)
Dredge steak strips in flour, salt and pepper, coating well and then place all (flour mixture too) in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 hours (high for 4 hours). Serve with rice.
