Chicken & Rice Casserole

Completed dish

1 – box chicken flavored Rice a Roni 1 – can cream of chicken soup1 cup sour cream

2 – 3 cups cooked, diced chicken

1 – 3 ounce package French fried onions

 

Prepare Rice a Roni as directed on box.  Add chicken, soup & sour cream and mix well.  (I added about ¼ of a cup of milk to make it a little creamier)  Transfer to 9×13 inch baking dish and top with french fried onions.

 

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
